      <image:caption>Commonly known as knots. Trigger Points build up in the tissue with everything we do. They are a natural byproduct of repetitive strain injuries. Through work, recreation and even brushing your teeth, you use some muscle fibers more than others. This causes those fibers to constrict, and, over time, blood flow is reduced and waste product builds up. Then, one day you can’t turn your head. Trigger point therapy reduces these points by depriveing the constricted tissue of the oxygen it requires. This encourages the muscles to relax, decreasing pain and increases range of motion and stamina.</image:caption>

This technique is effective on Repetitive Strain Injury (RPI) from working a day job and recreational activities.
